Have you ever wondered how and why a commission for a piece of artwork starts?
There are a multitude of why reasons people find their way to me. This is Benji's story.
Benji's mum wanted a fantail for his bedroom wall. His family is one of the most close knit that I have ever seen. They are bonded like nothing I have ever known and beautiful to know such a family exists. A many years ago 'Granddad Kerry' passed away when Benji's Dad was a little boy himself. He is a very much missed member of their family and they often see fantails around them. They see this as a sign that he is still with them and they wanted this symbol to be in Benji's room. Benji's Nana Annie came to me requesting a fantail and thus another fantail or three were born.....
